This was my first experience to order an item from a seller thru Amazon.com. The order was handled and shipped very efficiently. However, i had to return the merchandize because I found out after receiving it that i could not use it. The request for return was executed efficiently. However, getting a refund was like pulling teeth. Overall, on a scale of 1-5, i would rate them as 4.95 Check Special Price!
